Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently offer worldwide shipping.
- Standard Shipping (8-15 Business Days): Free on all orders.
- Express Shipping (5-8 Business Days): A flat rate is applied at checkout.
Please note that these timeframes do not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website for real-time updates on your shipment’s status.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders (outside of the shipped country), please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once your package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be handled by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete, including apartment or suite numbers. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will require additional shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an inquiry for any missing packages.
